The Engineering Department plays a vital role in the planning, development, and long-term sustainability of the organization’s physical and technical infrastructure. Its primary responsibilities include the planning, design and implementation of systems that are essential for operational efficiency and organizational growth. This encompasses a range of activities, including the design of new construction projects, renovation of existing facilities, optimizing of space utilization, and the conduct of technical evaluations to ensure long-term viability. In addition to overseeing physical projects, the department collaborates with other units to assess technical requirements, propose innovative solutions, and implement best practices in engineering management.
